5- Things To Do Everyday

What do you think a healthy life style is? People often ask others that how do you keep yourself healthy effortlessly. I bet we all have atleast one person in our life who is healthy and fit with no extra efforts or going to gym or exercising alot, following a particular diet plan etc. So what do they do then? Let’s discuss 5 healthy habits.

  1. Sleep 8 hours a day: Yeah, we all know this, tell us something new. Well we all know this but do we know how sleeping pattern affects our digestion and metabolism. Yes you read it right, sleeping for 8 hrs a day with fixed timings plays a major role in improving your overall health. You must have heard that we are what we eat, well this is correct but what if you are eating good but not able to utilise it’s goodness?
  2. Eat atleast one fruit a day : “Eating an Apple a day, keeps the Doctor Away” but we can have other fruits also it’s not necessary eating selective fruits, if you ask me I would suggest citrus fruits. No matter which fruits you are having, what does matter is having one daily, it not only increase our metabolism rate but also cleans our body providing all essential minerals, vitamins, fibers.
  3. Exercise atleast for 30 mins: While mentioning exercising, I am not saying you should do hardcore exercises or hitting gym classes and all. Even the simple exercise can help, like walking, jogging, cycling, dancing or yoga. I prefer one of walking, dancing and yoga. Or we can club 2 to 3 out of above. Trust me anyone can do these 30 mins exercises.
  4. Pray or be grateful: In earlier times when people pray, it gave peace to them, they just pray for the things they have, the life they have. Though this thought is changed now but we should be grateful for everything what we have, it will give you inner peace.
  5. Try to do one of your hobbies: We all have some hobbies, whatever it is either reading or writing, singing or dancing , cooking or travelling, watching movies or series or talking ( I love talking though) etc. You will definitely feel happy doing it.

The idea is to eat, sleep, do whatever you like and be grateful to God, these simple things can change your life upside down. Also try to follow these 5 things atleast for 21 days and see the change.

It’s Chai Time

So, how do you start your morning? People would say with hot cup of tea or coffee, reading newspaper or surfing internet, but the common thing that all of us do is to have a good cup of tea or coffee.

I again want to ask why do you like to have tea or coffee in the first place? The reply would be it’s our habit, give us refreshing Start , because we are hungry in the morning, it’s part of our breakfast etc etc. Well, if you ask me then I would say that it’s for my inner peace, it’s not like drinking tea provides this, actually it’s the time we spend with ourselves everyday.

For me it’s the time we spend with our family, in my home it’s a ritual that everyday we have a cup of tea with parents or siblings and share out thoughts, express our feelings. For me it’s the most important part of my day.

Start your day with fruits

All of us have been through really tough time in this year 2020, probably the worst year for some of us, but have you heard about Darwin’s theory about survival of the fittest? Well this is quite true nowadays.

So what can be done in order to live healthy? It’s very simple eat Raw and exercise for the rest. Fruits are the best things happened to all of us, they provide complete nutrition. Vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, fat etc everything can be provided by fruits.

So start eating fruits and raw veggies. No no I am not saying that you can’t eat food which gives pleasure to your taste buds, you surely can but in limited way also keep eliminating their toxicity by little exercise.
